01 Do you guarantee results??
We don’t guarantee results, no. Those companies promising you 3-4 times ROAS or you don’t pay or I’ll give you 5k for wasting your time are all liars.
They promise that because without case studies its the only way they can sell to you.
And the people who sign up never get their money back, its basically a con.
We do endeavour to get you a minimum of 3 x return, and more like 4 times ROAS in Ecommerce.
We’ve done this a number of times over, and will work very hard to make your business profitable. No BS, no catch.
02 Do you audit work from other agencies?
No we don’t, sorry. We offer a coaching and consulting service for those who want some help with strategy but we don’t do audits.
We operate according to a set of best practises and we follow this process to get you the best results.
03 How much do I need to spend on ads to get results?
It honestly depends on what kind of business you have, how competitive your market is and most importantly – how many leads or sales you need a month.
As a starting point I would say approximately 3k per month in ad spend, as a starting point.
However we do have clients with micro niches and small services areas that get great results for $50 a day ad spend.
We will recommend an ad budget to you when we start your campaign.
04 Do you offer two months free ads like other agencies?
No, we don’t.
If you read the fine print you’ll see that in order to get two months free you need to sign up to a minimum 12 months contract. So you pay 10 out of 12 months.
Is this a good deal? Maybe for some it could be, but the other way to look at it is- if you are not happy with the service or don’t get results you are stuck with them for 12 months.
You’ll waste a lot more money on ad spend and the work will be done by a junior or offshore.
05 Is your work done by juniors or offshore staff?
Absolutely not! Your work is done by qualified, on shore staff who are passionate about helping you succeed.
Have we tried offshoring? Yes and it ended badly. They just don’t care about results, and have a mindset of do as little work as possible so they can get paid.
We prefer to make less profit but get clients good results, so we get more referrals.
